Unlike practitioners who specialize in a single modality, this practice integrates multiple evidence-informed therapies, including Abdominal Therapy, lymphatic flow work, MPS Dolphin microcurrent, and gentle scar therapy, into one cohesive, individualized care plan. Your treatment is built around your body, your history, and your specific healing needs. Not a protocol. Not a template.
-
It depends on what you're healing from. A C-section or major abdominal surgery recovery may draw on all four modalities working together. A knee surgery recovery might call for only gentle scar therapy and MPS microcurrent. Each modality serves a distinct therapeutic purpose, and your plan is adjusted accordingly, session by session, as your body responds.

The number of sessions varies depending on the complexity of what we're addressing. Conditions that involve significant structural or neurological impact, such as major abdominal surgeries or traumatic brain injuries, typically require more sessions to work through. Concerns like menstrual cycle irregularities or knee surgeries, while still meaningful, often resolve in fewer visits.
We'll assess your individual needs and give you a clearer picture of what to expect after your first session.

Not in the traditional sense.
My background is in healthcare. I have taken many anatomy and physiology classes and spent years working in clinical settings, which gives me a deep understanding of the body that most wellness practitioners simply do not have.
The modalities I practice are so specialized that no single degree program offers them together. Abdominal Therapy, MPS Dolphin Therapy, Lymphatic Flow Therapy, and Gentle Scar Therapy each come from their own distinct lineage of training, and I sought every single one of them out individually, simply because I was drawn to them and deeply interested in what they could do.
Without even realizing it, all of my clinical experience and every modality I was pulled toward ended up working together so synergistically that it feels as though the universe had a plan long before I did.

Sessions are billed at $145 per hour, you're paying for time and expertise, not a menu of services. The modalities used are determined by what your body needs that day, at no additional cost.
Depending on the complexity of what we're addressing, some sessions run one hour while others require two.
For most clients, a minimum of three sessions is recommended to see meaningful results. To support that commitment, three-session packages are available at a reduced rate compared to booking individually, making it a practical choice for those ready to invest in their healing.

Insurance companies dictate more than most people realize. Like which therapies are approved, how long appointments can be, what can be addressed in a single visit, and how frequently you're seen. Accepting insurance means accepting those restrictions, and that's not a compromise that works here.
The ability to customize your care without limitation is the foundation of this practice. Personalized, unrestricted treatment is the priority, and that's simply not something that fits within an insurance framework.

Life happens, and I understand that. If something comes up and you need to cancel, please give me as much notice as possible. If I am able to fill your slot, you will not be charged.
Every client is given one grace for a missed or late-cancelled appointment, no questions asked. After that, missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session amount. This includes no-shows, as that time cannot be offered to someone else who needs it.
I genuinely want to work with you and be flexible where I can. I only ask for the same respect in return.

There is typically plenty of parking on Grant Ave. There is, however, a 2 hour limit.
We’re also only about 3 blocks from the Downtown Novato SMART train station, which I highly recommend!
